Brian Burge Named Missouri’s POWER LIST Attorney

Our very own, Brian Burge, was just named one of the Power List Attorneys for Health Care Law by Missouri Lawyer’s Weekly.

Brian Burge has been part of several of the largest medical malpractice defense verdicts in Missouri in recent years.

Last year, he successfully defended a hospital accused of negligence in the death of a man who was diagnosed with colon cancer several months after being warned in the emergency room only of mild inflammation. Missouri Lawyers Media ranked it as the third largest defense win of 2021, based on the $3 million in claimed economic losses and $8.5 million jury request.
