Layne is an associate attorney at Sanders Warren & Russell LLP, focusing on medical malpractice, insurance defense, construction, and employment matters. Prior to joining the firm, Layne gained broad litigation experience where she handled complex wrongful death, business litigation, medical malpractice, and criminal defense matters, including federal RICO cases.

Layne attended Oklahoma City University School of law, where she was active in several student organizations, and received her B.A. in English from Texas A&M University. Her background has broadened her perspective across complex legal disputes.

Outside of work, Layne enjoys spending time with her husband, Sam, and their two dogs. Layne can also be found diving into all things pop culture-whether that’s the latest book or must-watch series.
