Volunteer Efforts with The Starfish Project Foundation

The Starfish Project Foundation in Olathe, Kansas strives to meet the basic needs of its local community (currently serving over 2,000 people a month). All of the services they provide are free.  They don’t focus on one type of person or problem, but focus on the needs of the community and encourage others to do the same thing. They provide free haircuts, potluck meals, health screenings, weekend food bags, toiletry bags, blessings bags, shoes, clothing, etc.

SWR helped unload trucks of donated goods, count, organize and display them in the shopping area for community members.
