Ted is an accomplished litigation attorney and a certified mediator, with
significant experience on large complex litigation matters. Ted is a forward
thinker who can anticipate, adapt, and overcome potential legal issues that
affect his client’s position in litigation. He conducts cost-effective litigation

Ted is an avid Musky chaser and Texas Hold’em player. He follows two
main adages; “If you think before you act, you will do half of what you
thought” and “Resisting the temptation to be stupid sounds easy, but it is
harder than most people think”.

(IDIQ contracts).

handling of a corpse, professional liability, auto liability, premises liability
(home and commercial), breach of contract, environmental impact, medical
malpractice.
