Katherine “Kat” Mediavilla assists a wide variety of clients in all phases of pretrial litigation. Since she was young, Kat’s love of reading and writing has been one of her strongest attributes. This love led her to the legal profession and now allows her to advocate diligently, creatively, and compassionately for her clients.

Kat graduated with degrees in Accounting and Finance from Kansas State University before starting law school at the University of Missouri—Columbia School of Law in 2020. Kat joined Sanders Warren & Russell as a law clerk in 2022 and transitioned into an associate attorney role following her graduation in May 2023. She continually looks for any chance to learn, delve into new areas of law, and expand her skill set.

While in law school, Kat was an associate managing editor of the Missouri Law Review, received a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution, and served as Chief of Staff for Mizzou Law’s Student Bar Association.
