Joseph is an associate in our Overland Park office representing individuals and business clients in an array of litigation matters. Joseph primarily focuses his practice defending personal injury, trucking, construction, employment, and medical malpractice claims. Joseph has obtained highly favorable results for his clients at both the state and federal level. At Joseph’s previous firm, Joseph defended municipalities, governmental organizations, and private businesses in various personal injury, construction, and commercial litigation claims.

While in law school, Joseph clerked for the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and completed the Washburn Law Intense Trial Advocacy Program. As former collegiate baseball player, Joseph developed skills that translate to representation of his clients. Clients rely on his dedication and work ethic to provide positive results even when faced with less than favorable circumstances.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife Laura, and two daughters Julia and Olivia, and attending Chiefs, Royals, and Kansas Jayhawk games.
