  • Randy spent the first 25 years of his legal career as a trial attorney with Husch Blackwell. In 2012, he joined Sanders Warren & Russell. Randy is an accomplished trial attorney with 28 years of litigation experience handling significant damages, injury and death claims relating to construction defects, products liability, toxic torts, trucking/transportation liability and medical/professional liability. He has also represented businesses in commercial litigation matters. His clients have included manufacturers of a variety of commercial and consumer products, trucking companies, physicians, hospitals, lawyers, engineers and major insurers, including excess carriers, who have retained him to handle significant defense and coverage matters. Randy's trial experience has included numerous jury and bench trials and appeals in both state and federal courts as well as arbitrations.
